I love early/mid century craftsman homes. Real wood, and an eye for aesthetics .

I lived in a “four square” house like this when I was a kid - but outside the metro area, and it probably isn’t worth 200K now. Neat place but money pit.
I like the 1980 price that the lucky generation was able to take advantage of.

I took one look at that first photo and thought “Northwest.”
It would be nice if the second story windows had the same top treatment as the first story windows.

I love that the wood in the interior hasn’t been painted. I’m sure, though, that the flipper will take care of that and make sure it’s white on white on white.

Oh. What I meant was, I work for a manufacturer. Ballpark your cost is around $5/sf in material (that’s all of it, panels, fasteners, etc) and then double that for labor, then add 20% for OH/P. That’s also a really inexpensive snap-on panel.

You can have free color chips, and build your roof 2"x3" at a time.

Oooh, nice house. This would look great if you tore it down and built a gigantic white gray box with an open concept and a bit of wood on the outside. -_-
They do white boxes down here but it looks like you guys mostly get the gray boxes.
